Though some describe it as the best dive in Miami, Scotty’s is a local hangout with one of the best views of Biscayne Bay. A local staple with a laid-back atmosphere, it is common to see people in flip-flops, in bathing suits, or driving up to the restaurant on their boats. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and they have live music on the weekends, so there’s no excuse for missing out on this Miami favorite.
