If you’re in the mood for trendy barbecue, join former Top Chef contestant Howard Kleinberg for an evening of some ribs and pulled pork at Bulldog Barbecue. The Miami restaurant has tables wrapped in brown paper and drinks served in mason jars, but this is not your typical BBQ joint. The Southern cooking can be seen in the corn bread, the shrimp and grits and the corn puddin’, however the paper towels and condiments hanging on the wall at every table make this Miami eatery tre chic. Be sure to wash your “flying bulldog” down with their well-known root beer float.
