GOOD HYDRATIONS: Though we're pretty sure there will be no games of Marco Polo or cannonballs, Just Add Water at the Fontainebleau promises to be just as good of a pool party -- if not better (you couldn't drink g&ts when you were six -- unless you were Drew Barrymore) -- as those of your youth. DJs will be spinning, and local designer Karelle Levy will be showing off her sexy swimwear in a fashion show. 2 P.M. 'til we start to prune.
THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT: What's happy hour without some choice nibbles? Meat Market understands the importance of snacks with your sips, which is why they've launched their $10 appetizer menu, which includes tasty delights like chilled shrimp and Kobe sliders -- to accompany $6 sangria. 5-8 P.M.
NO PEKING: Actually, there's plenty of Peking at Phillipe, where their crispy duck is a crowd pleaser. Not to be outdone by Miami Spice, the Gansevoort resto is offering a 3-course prix fixe menu - crispy seaweed, velvet chicken and more -- for $30 (5 bucks less than the Spice price), courtesy of Thrillist.
