What gal doesn’t like getting primped and pampered at the salon?

Sure, it can get a little pricey maintaining your mane and getting those weekly manicures. But this Monday and the following, Salon Vaso is giving all gals and guys a good excuse to get their hair did or any other service for that matter.

Owner and breast cancer survivor Vaso Spirou will be donating all proceeds from appointments booked on Mondays to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.

Whether it’s a haircut, color, highlights or a conditioning treatment, starting your work week off with a new 'do means giving back.

If your locks aren’t in need of TLC, then indulging in a mani and pedi or a relaxing facial are other options.

Spirou is also certified in Hotheads Hair Extensions and wigs for women who are dealing with cancer. After a complimentary consultation, an order for the client’s custom hairpiece is placed and within three working days the new locks are ready to be applied. Application takes between two to six hours and the extensions can be set in a variety of ways.

“Breast cancer awareness is an issue that is close to my heart. It is so important that we find a cure," said Spirou. “At Salon Vaso, we are passionate about giving back to the community."
