Shay Todd, the Mondrian and a rock n' roll party to spice up your Friday

GET WET: Designer Shay Todd will be presenting her 2010 beachwear line tonight at WET, poolside of the new W South Beach. Although space is limited, this show is one of the few this week that's not invite-only, so take advantage! Be weary of the inches on your heels girls, because it's standing room only. First come, first serve! RSVP by calling 305-864-3434, ext. 117. 10 P.M.
MEET ME AT THE MONDRIAN: Tonight, head to Sunset Lounge at the Mondrian. The sleek, chic décor paired with strong cocktails are sure to make you blend in with the blasé Fashion Week crowd, no connections needed. Take advantage of drink specials from 7-9 P.M. (but, unlike the shows, this happy hour will not cater to those who are fashionably late). DJ Irie and Mr. Sandman will be spinning all night to keep your hips (and head, depending on your drink choice) spinning. 7 P.M.
PHEAST YOUR EARS: Rock n' roll tonight with Fat Mannequin and The Heavy Pets, who'll both be performing in collaboration with the closing of 'Jim Pollock: A Phantasy Pheast' exhibit. Just like any good high school party, the event will start at one place and end at another. Fat Mannequin will play at the actual exhibit venue, 101/exhibit, from 7-8:30 and then the crowd is invited to join The Heavy Pets at 11:30 at Tobacco Road, where the party will continue. All exhibit attendees receive free admission! 7 P.M.
