Sham - wha?

ShamWow pitchman and accused woman-beater Vince Shlomi was spotted front and center at Fashion Week in Bryant Park alongside scandal-ridden publicist Lizzie Grubman, ex-model Janice Dickenson and "90210" starlet Annalynne McCord, according to the New York Daily News.

The embattled TV pitchman, who is accused of beating a hooker bloody in a Miami hotel room last March, was sitting pretty in the front row of the Monarchy show on Friday, the paper reported.

Shlomi is reportedly creating a new swimwear line and is now taking steps to rehab his tarnished image, Grubman said.

"They wanted him to appear on a commercial during the Super Bowl. He didn't want to do it because he didn't want to be associated with alcohol," Grubman told the News.

"There are two sides to every story. Everyone deserves a second chance."

The wannabe-socialite knows all about second chances since herself has had some run-ins with the law. Grubman served jail time after she was charged with a felony for plowing into 16 people with her SUV outside of a Hamptons nightclub in 2001.

Still, she defended her decision to rep Shlomi.

"I wasn't there, you weren't there, none of us were there [when the incident occurred]," she told the News."He was the one who called the cops. I didn't know him then, I don't judge him for what he did. When I met him I didn't know any of this stuff. Obviously, the first thing he did was tell me. During our initial meeting he told me what he had done."

"People are going to see he's amazing and smart. I think he's learned his lesson."

The pitchman also surfaced at Jay-Z's concert Friday night.
