Bibs might make you think of diapers, pacifiers and babies.

But in the case of fall fashion, a bib necklace is one key accessory that will get you looking like a hot mama sans the little bundle of joy.

Shaped like an actual baby’s bib, these statement-making pieces come in an assortment of styles from bold colorful gems to sparkly fabric to chunky metal pieces.

The trend has been turning up on the necklines of plenty of Miami gals.

Coral Gables resident Rachel Gomez, 22, said she loves the look since she spotted celeb Kim Kardashian sporting it in a magazine.

“I love Kim’s style and when I noticed her bib necklace was from Forever 21, I quickly went to buy it,” said Gomez. “I like it because you can dress up a plain outfit like jeans and tee with it.”

In Kendall, several recessionistas were gushing over the collection of bibs at Lohemann’s.

“They are so cute,” said Frances Carr, 34. “I would totally wear this to work or at night with a dress.”

The necklaces can be found anywhere these days from Target to Neiman Marcus.
