Girls Night Out With a Twist

Looking for a good excuse to shop? Then Girls Night Out With a Twist is where you need to be Thursday.

The fundraising event donates a percentage of their sales to benefit The League Against Cancer.

Co-founder Maggie Maceiras said the event will give women the opportunity to shop all day long. Plus get free massages from Massage Envy and haircuts by Avante Garde.

Held at the Coral Gables Woman’s Club, Girls Night Out With a Twist has over 30 vendors participating.

“There will be everything on sale from woman and children’s clothing to stationary to purses and jewelry and even stuff for your house,” said Maceiras.

Some vendors include clothing boutiques like Nic del Mar and M-M Couture, jewelry from Lisana Falcon and Karma Couture and home décor and gift items from Coco Bella Designs and Soy Delicious.

“We decided to hold a morning and afternoon session to give all ladies the chance to attend,” said Maceiras.

The morning session will be from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will include coffee, mimosas and lunch specials by Giardino’s Salads, while the afternoon sale will kick off at 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with cocktails, appetizers and music.

Bonus: The first 100 shoppers get swag bags.

Presale tickets online cost $5 and tickets at the door will be $10.
