Miami based hip hop group the Problem Kids will be headlining the show this Thursday night at Hoxton, during a special event based around fashion and beauty. The group is well-known as a creative, outspoken group, with no topic being off limits. Sat., July 27 - ¡Suénalo! At PAX, 10 pm, $10

On the corner where jam band intersects with Latin rock is ¡Suénalo! The group is known for making a distinct form of fusion, which is known only by the name the group created themselves: “Afro-Latin-Baby-Makin'-Descarga-Funk”. Their energy is completely original, with each of the nine members of the band contributing their own taste into the mix. This Saturday, the group performs down in Brickell at PAX.

Sat. July 27 – VANS Warped Tour at Cruzan Ampitheatre, 11 am, $23.50 - $37.50

It wouldn't be summer without Warped Tour stopping by South Florida. The festival is a staple, with each summer bringing in over 80 bands performing between different stages. This year, the headliners include Motion City Soundtrack, Chiodos, Forever the Sickest Kids, plus many others. The all day fest begins this Saturday at 11 am in West Palm Beach.

Sat. July 27 – Locos por Juana at Jazid, 10 pm

Miami Beach may be known moreso for the high end nightclubs and lavish parties, but Washington Avenue holds a hidden gem for some of the best local bands in Miami: Jazid. This Saturday, they host Miami group Locos por Juana, a group that blends together reggae, jazz, Latin, rock, and funk. Their shows are incredibly full of energy, and their distinct sounds has gotten them nominations for both Grammys and Latin Grammys. This weekends show marks the final stop in a summer tour that had the group finishing off in their own backyard.
