Nightlife in South Florida is some of the most exclusive in the world. But one new hotspot in Wynwood is about to revolutionize the VIP experience in Miami. House nightclub isn’t your traditional nightclub, though. The club’s unique concept is the first of its kind, and the best part – it makes you feel like home.

“More than anything, it’s really the ideal philosophy of a house – a house party,” said Mark Lowe, the club’s owner and designer. “It’s a perception that it might be a night club, or this perception that it might be something else. The truth is, it was always what it was supposed to be, which was a house.”

When you walk into House, you’re immersed into a whole new environment. Your senses are stimulated, experiencing something totally different. But before you think about heading out there this weekend, there’s a catch. You need a key to get in, and so far, this is the hottest ticket in town.

“Over 42,000 people have signed up for keys,” Lowe said. The problem is, Mark and his team are only giving out 20,000 keys. “I think what’s happened now is that nightlife has become about VIP culture. And that’s not what this is about. It’s about people who are here to have an amazing time and become a part of House.”

Even though it’s about a low-key, yet extravagant experience, Lowe sent out some keys to some of the biggest names in music and film, like Rihanna, Lindsay Lohan, Beyonce and Jay-Z and more. So don’t be surprised if you catch yourself rubbing elbows with some A-listers.

Like at every house, there are rules. One main rule: no cell phones! But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to communicate with your friends using an in-house interactive touch screen system. You can even take selfies using the “brutally honest” selfie screen.

Intricate details like Fendi throw pillows, alligator skin walls, a blinged out VIP ice bucket, a Swarovski crystal-encrusted Sub Zero refrigerator are all the little things that make this place feel homey.

“I want you to feel at home,” said Lowe. “And the only way you can make someone feel at home, is by making it a home.”
