Actor-composer Alan Thicke just scored $3.525 million for his Toluca Lake compound, reports the Los Angeles Times. Thicke, who has starred in "Growing Pains" and "The Bold and the Beautiful," had been leasing out the property in recent years.

Inside Thicke's former home you'll find a classic Spanish Colonial-style abode built in 1934 with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The living room boasts a carved wood-beamed ceiling and fireplace, and a great room that comes with another fireplace and bar. High-end amenities abound with a master bedroom suite featuring a spa tub, sauna, balcony study, and walk-in closets.

The home most recently changed ownership way back in 1986 when it sold for $627,500. The lavish compound has obviously appreciated in value over the years. After all, who wouldn't want a property with all of these high-end features and amenities?
