Nick Hexum, vocalist and guitarist for rock band 311, recently fetched $1.5 million for his Hollywood Hills West crib, reports the Los Angeles Times. Hexum's old pad features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, sweet canyon and city views, and a bevy of skylights. Don't feel too sorry for Hexum though.
