According to the Observer, the power couple recently ended their three year hunt and allegedly plunked down $18.995 million for a townhouse at 20 East 10th Street.

Not one but two budding fashionistas were born June 22 via surrogate to "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker and Broadway regular Matthew Broderick. The twin girls, Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, join the family's firstborn, 6-year-old James.

Located in Greenwich Village, the townhouse in question is 165 years old and done up in the Greek Revival style. The Daily News dug up a listing for the renovated property that includes fourteen rooms, five bedrooms, seven wood-burning fireplaces, and a mega security system with five security cameras.
Over its 165-year life span, the spectacular townhouse has changed hands only four times. If the rumors are true, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick look to be lucky owners number five.
