That’s why Falls residents Leticia Boue and her daughter Genavieve Boue decided to launch their own brand of wrist wear called Gena's Gems. While many other local designers use faux beads, the duo are keeping things authentic by using real stones such as agate, carnelians, quartz and pearls. With more than seven collections, we love the fact that they pay tribute to the MIA with names like Lincoln Road After Dark, Very Coral Gables and Vamos a la Playa.
