Mina Miami Beach

With the openings of Best Buy and Ross, Miami Beach residents now have less of a reason to cross over the bridge. Add to that list Mina Miami Beach, a cozy women’s clothing boutique recently opened on Normandy Drive. Owned by sisters Michelle, Marianne and Monica Minagorri, the intimate store carries a variety of local, NYC and West Coast brands, including Final Touch, Peppe Peluso and Karlee Feed Your Head hair accessories. Plus all merchandise is priced under $100. To make it even easier on the islanders, the Minagorri sisters serve as personal shoppers and will come to you at no extra charge.

          About the Authors

          GINGER HARRIS

Ginger loved dressing up in frilly frocks and fancy shoes as a kid. Now she's added shopping and beauty products to her list of loves. If you want to find her about town, look for her at vintage boutiques and beauty counters.

          SYDNEY KLEIN

Sydney is a Miami native, vintage-everything junkie, eggs Benedict connoisseur and a full-time writer. Her favorite spots to shop vintage are Midtown Consignment and a little hole-in-the-wall on N.E. 2nd Ave. which she’ll keep to herself.

          JESSICA SICK

Jessica is a current NBCMiami editor and a former DailyCandy Miami editor. Despite growing up in Miami, she does not enjoy long walks on the beach. She'd rather be spending her time buying stuff she probably doesn't need but sure makes her look darn cute.

          ANNIE VAZQUEZ

Annie is a shop-a-holic like her mama and relishes chocolate anything. The Cuban-American journalist has wrestled an alligator, flown a Cessna to get over her fear of flying and been the first woman to ride an Indy car as a passenger, yet she finds her biggest adrenaline rush from hitting up stores with sales.
