The brand's first location at 12415 Biscayne Blvd. encompasses 7,000 square feet of fancy cardio and strength training equipment, and offers fitness and nutrition programs, personal training, group classes, free kid care, WiFi, towel service and empowering seminars just for women. This month pay $10 down and $40 a month for one year or $49 down and $30 a month for 36 months and no payments until February 2010. In the words of girl Fonda “no pain, no gain.”
