Ridiculous Celebrity Baby Names

The hip-hop heiress is born! Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed Blue Ivy Carter into the world Jan. 7. Although it sounds random, the name is anything but: Jay-Z has several albums called The Blueprint.
