Johnny Depp, 46, has been honored as People magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive' for 2009. Depp has also joined the elite club of two-time SMA title holders (only Brad Pitt and George Clooney accompany him), as he also held the title in 2003. Here are photos of People's sexy runner-ups.
