Levi Johnston to Sue Palins for Custody
Bristol Palin's baby daddy will sue for custody of their son Tripp

The Palins are getting taken to court.
Levi Johnston will sue for custody of his son with ex-Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol Palin, Johnston told "The Insider" Monday.
Johnston, 19, is the dad of Tripp, the 10-month-old son he had with the teenaged daughter of the also-ran vice-Presidential nominee Palin.
"At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp," Johnston told "The Insider."
It's "not working. I'm done," he said. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."
Johnston and Bristol Palin broke off their engagement in March, and since the split, the Palins have retained custody of little Tripp. The Palins and Johnston have since taken their catfight to a public forum -- Palin has openly bashed Johnston's decision to pose nude in "Playgirl" magazine, while Johnston has blasted Palin for being a hypocrite and poor parent.
Johnston will bare it all in "Playgirl" for a spread he's spent the past month getting in shape for.
