Socialite Paris Hilton, whose home was raided in a string of celebrity burglaries earlier this year, still felt "very, very violated" by the experience, younger sister and fashion designer Nicky Hilton said Saturday evening.

Paris Hilton, 28, was one of a series of high-profile celebrities allegedly burgled by a group of starry-eyed fans that included a 19-year-old as the ringleader. Other stars whose homes were burglarized include Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Audrina Patridge.

Though some of the socialite's things were returned, sister Nicky told People magazine she and her family still can't believe the crimes took place.

Paris "lives in a gated community with supposed state of the art security," Nicky Hilton said in disbelief as she hosted a Halloween party in Las Vegas.

Her sister was "just happy to get some of it back," Nicky Hilton said.

Among the stuff taken from Hilton's home was an estimated $2 million in jewelry.
