In recent months, more than 40 women have come forward and claimed that Bill Cosby has sexually assaulted them. And now, 35 of the 46 women have come together to create one powerful image for New York magazine.
The issue features a number of Cosby's alleged victims, including models Janice Dickinson and Beverly Johnson. The black and white cover shows the women seated in rows with the date of the alleged assault underneath each woman. The mag's issue contains the text, "Cosby: The Women, An Unwelcome Sisterhood."
This powerful story–told in testimony, video, and a stunning photo portfolio–presents a record of trauma and survival, the memories that remain of the alleged decades-old incidents. According to the magazine, all 35 women were interviewed separately, and yet their stories have remarkable similarities, in everything from their descriptions of the incidents to the way they felt in the aftermath.
"I’m no longer afraid," Chelan Lasha, who claimed Cosby assaulted her when she was 17, told the magazine. "I feel more powerful than him."

The comedian's deposition from a sexual assault lawsuit in 2005 was recently released, in which Cosby admitted to obtaining drugs with the intent of giving them to women with whom he wanted to have sex.

A new attorney for the actor, Monique Pressley, is out to try and spare the comedian's reputation, appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America" to passionately defend her client, and maintained that quantity doesn't necessarily mean it's the truth.
"I'm not making conclusions–and you know that I can't–about whether someone is lying or not," she said in the interview. "What I am saying is that Mr. Cosby has denied the accusations that have been lodged thus far. The sheer volume or number of people who are saying a particular thing does not make it true."
The Cosby drug bombshell came just weeks after a pre-taped interview on "GMA" where he appeared to dodge questions regarding the many allegations made against him.
During the sit-down, he was asked how he felt the younger generation is responding to the ongoing scandal surrounding the star. "I think many of them say, 'Well, you're a hypocrite. You say one thing. You say the other.' My point is, 'OK, listen to me carefully. I'm telling you where the road is out. You want to go here or you want to be concerned about who is giving you the message?'"
Cosby, who has never been criminally charged, continued, "I have been in this business 52 years and I've never seen anything like this. Reality is the situation and I can't speak. I really don't know about what I'm going to do tomorrow. I have a ton of ideas to put on television about people and their love for each other."
