Chris Bosh Sued By Porn Company Over Alleged Moldy, Rat Poop-Infested Mansion

The founders of X-Art claim they noticed "leaks, plumbing issues, rat droppings" in the home

A porn company is suing Miami Heat player Chris Bosh over the condition of the NBA star's California beach rental, TMZ Sports reported.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the founders of X-Art, an erotic video website, say they rented Bosh's 10,755-square-foot mansion in Pacific Palisades in Dec. 2016.

X-Art founders Colette Field and Brigham Field allege to have paid the Bosh and his wife, Adrienne Bosh, $138,000 to stay in the home at the time, which covered $46,000 for the first month's rent and a security deposit a $92,000 security deposit.

However, the Fields claim in their lawsuit that after they moved in to the Mediterranean-style villa, they noticed "leaks, plumbing issues, rat droppings" and had poor Internet connectivity in the home, TMZ reports.

According to the lawsuit, the couple said they tried to get their deposit back, but the Boshs allegedly refused. They are demanding Bosh return the $92,000 security deposit and seeking unspecific damages.

The report notes that other people have lived in the home since the couple left. A request for comment from Bosh's spokesperson was not immediately returned.
