Jada Pinkett Smith, Jimmy Fallon Play “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Pie” on “Tonight”

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith suffered a messy loss when playing “The Tonight Show's" version of "Rock, Paper, Scissors."

In “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Pie,” host Jimmy Fallon and Smith risked getting a pie catapulted in their face for every lost round.

"Whoever loses each round has to click the ‘Pie Clicking’ mechanism, Fallon said, as Smith shrieked with nerves. "You never know which click is going to result in a pie getting smashed in your face."

The two took their positions behind carnival cutouts that left space for only their face and hands.

“I’m gonna tell you something,” said Smith. “The only reason why I decided to do this because I’ve always wanted to know what it’s like to get a pie in the face.”

After tying two rounds with Fallon, the "Gotham" star lost the next two rounds and got hit in the face with a pie only once.

Fallon lost one round, but got lucky and didn't hit with a pie at all.

In the final round, Smith raised the stakes by taking off her protectie goggles. She lost and once again took a pie right in the face making Fallon the winner.

“You’re the one that said no goggles!” said Fallon.
