Chrissy Teigen, James Corden and More Stars Defend Kim Kardashian After Paris Robbery

Internet trolls took to Twitter to post tweets saying they couldn't "feel sorry" for someone who owns millions of dollars worth of jewelry, but friends of the star shut down all the haters.

Even though Kim Kardashian suffered a terrifying ordeal when she was bound, gagged and robbed at gunpoint, some on the Internet decided to turn her scary experience into joke.

Internet trolls took to Twitter to post tweets saying they couldn't "feel sorry" for someone who owns millions of dollars worth of jewelry, but friends of the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star shut all the haters down with their matter-of-fact tweets.

Chrissy Teigen went on one of her signature Twitter rants defending her BFF, calling out anyone who tried to make light of Kardashian's night in Paris. "Fame is interesting. Celebs are supposed to love you guys while also knowing you'd make a meme of our dead bodies to get retweets," she wrote. "I dunno. It's hard to explain because everyone thinks money and fame is pure awesome, so it just sounds whiny. I get it, trust me. Go off."

She later added, "Please do not think that I think celebrities are special snowflakes. I just miss empathy, in general, for everyone."

James Corden also managed to silence everyone with one single tweet. "People making jokes about @KimKardashian tonight would do well to remember that she's a mother,a daughter,a wife,a friend. Be nice or shut up," he wrote.
