Australian movie star Hugh Jackman shared his experience of flying an F-16 figther jet in Texas in an appearance on “The Tonight Show” Monday.

Jackman stopped by the show with Taron Egerton; the two actors are promoting their new movie “Eddie the Eagle," about Britain's ski jumper.

But first Jackman told Jimmy Fallon about a recent trip to Texas where he got to ride in an American fighter jet and experience the power of “pulling Gs,” an air force term for gravitational constant that explains the physical pressure that the speed of a fighter jet produces on the body.

“It’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced before,” Jackman said. “I thought it was going to be like a roller coaster but when you’re pulling Gs you just feel your whole body being pressed,”

Egerton, meanwhile, chose to watch from the ground. The “Kingsman” actor’s new movie is about British athlete Michael "Eddie" Edwards. Fallon noted the physical similarity between Egerton and the real life Edwards, who was Britain’s first representative in Olympic ski jumping in 1988.

Fallon also took the opportunity to try and pronounce the name of Egerton’s village; a complete Welsh-tongue twister of a word: “Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch”

After completely botching the name, Jackman lends his Australian tongue to try and pronounce it and hits closer to the mark.
