Beyonce, Usher Being Urged to Give Back Gadhafi Money

Beyonce, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Nelly Furtado are all regretting cashing those Gadhafi checks right about now.

The musical superstars were all paid by the Gaddafi family over the years for peformances at various events, and they are all now being pressured to give those paydays back.

According to People, Furtado is the first (and so far only) musician to step up, announcing via Twitter that she is donating the $1 million paid to her by the Gadhafi family to charity.

"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Qaddafi clan to perform a 45 min. show for guests at a hotel in Italy. I am going to donate the $."

The pressure is now on the others to do likewise.
