Does Chris Brown Really Think He Can Top This?

Um....... no

Chris Brown can't top the charts -- and there's no way he's topping Rihanna on this.

The same day ex-girlfriend Rihanna released her first single since she was beaten bloody by Brown earlier this year, the R&B artist's label announced dates for a "mea culpa" tour of sorts designed for fans who stuck by the singer in the aftermath of the violent Grammy-night fight.

The sultry songstress released her much-hyped single on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Tuesday and revealed the sexy cover art featuring her nearly nude wrapped in barbed wire. And then Chris Brown appeared to try to one-up her.

Brown's label made his Fan Appreciation Tour official just hours after Rihanna debuted "Russian Roulette," the first single off her "Rated R" album set to drop in November.

The song is about a woman who contemplates suicide and is her first solo recording since the fight with Brown, who was sentenced to community service and probation.

Brown's tour will take place in intimate venues that a press release says helps to "conceptualized for and with 'fans only' in mind." Surely, it has nothing to do with Brown's inability to pack a large venue.

The 19-day tour begins in Houston on Nov. 14.

If that's not enough, the singer could further try to steal RiRi's shine and claimed on his Twitter page that he plans to release a new single tomorrow.

"Premiering my other single 'CRAWL' tomorrow on my interview with Angie Martinez.. on hot 97..." he tweeted on Wednesday.
