Daniel Dae Kim: “Lost” Ending is “Very Satisfying”

"Lost" has just six episodes to go before its much-anticipated conclusion, and series star Daniel Dae Kim says fans won't be disappointed.

"For me it was very satisfying," he told People magazine of reading the final show's script. "After I read it, I had to sit for five or 10 minutes, just reflecting and digesting, because it definitely makes an impact."

Daniel, who plays Jin Kwon, added that the episode ties the complicated show's saga together.

"It's pretty amazing," he said. "If you think about how many pieces the writers had to put together in order to make it fall into place, it's mind-boggling, and they did such a great job. Some of the twists and turns are just so clever."

One twist "Lost" watchers are hoping for is the reunion of island couple Jin and Sun (Yunjin Kim), who have been separated since the explosive ending of Season 4. Though the two seemed to get closer than ever to seeing each other once more on Tuesday night's episode, unpredictable events once again kept them apart. As the finale nears, will they finally find each other?

"Fans of Jin and Sun won't be disappointed," Daniel said.

The two-hour final episode, simply titled "The End," airs on ABC on May 23.
