An 18-year-old dual United States-Israeli citizen living in Israel has been arrested in connection with a string of bomb threats targeting Jewish community centers in the U.S., the FBI confirmed to NBC News. Israeli police said they arrested the Israeli Jewish man as the primary suspect in threats targeting JCCs and other institutions in the U.S., marking a potential breakthrough in a case that stoked fears across the United States. FBI and Justice Department officials told NBC News he made all the calls from his bedroom and it did not appear his motive was anti-Semitism because he is Jewish.

A man from Utah on vacation to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary was among those killed in Wednesday's terrorist attack outside of U.K.'s Parliament in London, the victim's family said in a statement. Kurt W. Cochran was killed by the attacker, who killed one other person with his car on Westminister Bridge and then stabbed a police officer to death outside of Parliament Wednesday afternoon. "Our family is heartbroken to learn of the death of our son-in-law, Kurt W. Cochran, who was a victim of Wednesday's terrorist attack in London," the statement said.
The three day event, which has been held at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami every year since 2001 after taking place on Miami Beach the first two times, kicks off Friday with gates opening at 4 p.m.
