McSteamy stars in tape with wife and ex-Miss Teen USA

The sexy video that reportedly shows "Grey's Anatomy" hunk Eric Dane and actress wife Rebecca Gayheart in a threesome with former Miss Teen USA Keri Ann Peniche "was all done in good fun," the former beauty queen's manager, David Weintraub, told Usmagazine.com.
"This is not a sex tape," he told the magazine. "It's guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."
Weintraub said the three have been "friends" for "many years."
A lawyer for the Hollywood couple claims the 12-minute video is "not a sex tape," but fans can't seem to get enough of the clip that supposedly shows Dane, Gayheart and former teen beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche naked.
The trio is filmed in the buff while lounging in Peniche's apartment, claiming to be high as they relax in the stunner's Jacuzzi and discuss what their porn names would be, the blog Defamer.com first reported.
"My dog growing up was called Cocaine, and I lived on Manor Drive, so I'm Cocaine Manor," Dane, 36, says in the video. Gayheart is seen topless, saying how she needs to lie down because she's so high.
A lawyer for Gayheart and Dane told TMZ he'll sue anyone who publishes the video -- and that it is a "private, confidential tape."
"From what I've seen it's a naked tape, not a sex tape." Singer said. "At most, it's 3 people maybe wanting to have sex."
"This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."
Peniche also spoke to TMZ, saying she has "no idea" how the tape got leaked.
"I had nothing to do with it," she said.
Gayheart, 38, and Dane, 36, married in 2004 and have said they're ready to start a family.
Peniche, 25, has a past with public sexuality -- she was stripped of her Miss Teen USA crown for posing in Playboy. She was thrown off of "Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab" for allegedly stealing from her on-screen roommate, country artist Mindy McCready.
