2 Found Dead at Hollywood Home: Cops

Officials said two men in their early 20s were found dead at a Hollywood home.

Officials were investigating a double shooting Saturday after two men were found dead at a Hollywood home.

Police responded to a call of gunshots being fired at 1845 Taylor Street, according to Hollywood officials.

Authorities found two men, one in the front yard and one in the back yard, who were both pronounced dead on the scene, officials said.

The men were identified Sunday as Andre Kemp and Michael Clayton Baker, both 22.

Neighbor Vicky Khoul was woken up at about 1 a.m. by a loud rapping at her front door.

"It was pounding," she said. "It only took me a minute to get to the front door and he was already on the ground."

Others in the neighborhood heard the gunshots.

"I heard rapid, six to eight shots, like firecrackers," neighbor Bradley Shield said.

The neighbors say one of the victims is a man who lives in a building next door and who is leaving behind a small child, only six-months-old.

Investigators did not immediately release further details on the case, but urge anyone with information to call the Hollywood Police Department at (954)967-HELP or call Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
