JURY MULLING FATE OF MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING TEEN OVER LOUD MUSIC
Jurors deciding the fate of a Florida man charged with fatally shooting a teen after an argument over loud music have asked a judge if they can reach a verdict on some counts but not others. The 12 jurors in the trial of Michael Dunn asked their question Friday as they approached the 20th hour of deliberations over three days. Judge Russell Healey told them the answer is "yes."
NFL INQUIRY SAYS INCOGNITO, 2 OTHERS HARRASSED MARTIN
Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin was subjected to "a pattern of harassment" that included racist slurs and vicious sexual taunts about his mother and sister by three teammates, according to a report ordered by the NFL. The report said Richie Incognito, who was suspended by the Dolphins in November, and fellow offensive linemen John Jerry and Mike Pouncey harassed Martin.

A coalition of groups supporting Florida's constitutional prohibition on same-sex marriage says a lawsuit challenging the ban threatens the principle of one person, one vote. The groups including the Christian Family Coalition and Florida Democratic League said Friday the lawsuit filed by six gay couples should be withdrawn or dismissed by a judge.

VALENTINE'S DAY MURDER SUSPECT HELD WITHOUT BOND
A man accused of killing his girlfriend of four days on Valentine's Day was held without bond Saturday on charges of premeditated murder. Carlos Cadavid, 23, of Hollywood reported the death, which happened at the Grand Motel at 430 S. Federal Highway, as a suicide to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, according to an agency release.
