Authorities also have video of the man in the hotel on January 31, the day before the robbery. He talked to the front desk clerk at Oakland Park Hotel and left. But he returned on Feb. 1, and demanded two employees to give him the cash from the register, according to authorities.

Meanwhile, two oblivious bystanders are seen in the surveillance video. The victims believe they have seen the man before, but he has not returned to the area since the robbery.
