Driver Mows Down 3 After Argument at Davie Mobile Home Park

Two people hospitalized after incident at mobile home park

Three people were injured late Sunday night after they were mowed down by a van after a heated argument at a mobile home park in Davie, police said.

The incident happened just before 11 p.m. at the Everglades Mobile Park in the 5200 block of Southwest 35th Court.

Davie Police said Ronald Rossi began arguing with his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Klimezcko, and a man she has been dating, Robert Miranda.

According to police, the argument turned physical, with Rossi slapping and hitting Klimezcko and pushing Miranda.

Then, Miranda's brother, Norman, reportedly got wind of the dispute and drove up in a blue Ford Windstar van and mowed his way through all three victims.

Norman Miranda then abandoned the van, and fled the scene on foot. Davie police later apprehended Miranda, and located the van, which had heavy windshield and front-end damage.

Klimezcko and Rossi were both rushed to Broward General Hospital for treatment with several abrasions. Rossi suffered severe head injuries, while Klimezcko was treated for wounds to her fibia and tibia.

Robert Miranda was treated on the scene. Norman Miranda's arrest is pending, police said.
