A fourth person has been arrested in the Miami sex trafficking case involving a 13-year-old girl, police said Wednesday.

Audelin Pierre, 34, is charged with human trafficking, procuring a minor for prostitution, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and delivering a controlled substance to a minor, according to an arrest report.

He was being held without bond Wednesday and it was unknown whether he has an attorney.

Pierre joins 22-year-old Marlene San Vincente, 36-year-old Vilbert Jean and 18-year-old DeWayne Ward, who were arrested last week after they forced the runaway teen to prostitute herself and dance at a strip club for their benefit against her will for nearly a month, according to the State Attorney's Office and police reports.

After the girl refused to continue to work as a prostitute, she was supervised and tutored by San Vicente and began stripping at Club Madonna in Miami Beach, the report said.

According to the report, Pierre met the girl after she ran away from home with two friends and offered to take them to a house where they could stay.

The next day, Pierre, who the girls knew as A.P., brought a man to the house to have sex with the 13-year-old, the report said.

Richard Wolfe, an attorney for Club Madonna, said San Vincente was a dancer at the club on and off for two years. Owner Leroy Griffith said he had no idea the victim had been forced to dance there.

Miami Beach's city manager later revoked the business license of the club, but lawyers said Tuesday they filed a complaint seeking to have it reopened.

"I continue to stand by my decision to pull Club Madonna's business license," Miami Beach City Manager Jimmy L. Morales said in a statement Wednesday. "We used the exact procedures required by our city code. The club owner is now availing himself of the legal remedies available to him."
