Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen has been pretty quiet since a firestorm erupted last month over his comments about Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. That changed this week when he came down hard on a Houston radio host who asked him about the Castro controversy.

Houston Sportstalk 610's Paul Gallant asked Guillen on Monday if the backlash to his Castro comments had died down in Miami. The fiery manager responded by saying, "F---ing grow up, motherf---er, are you kidding me?" (listen to audio of the Q-and-A here).

According to Miami Herald reporter Manny Navarro, Guillen added, "I've been waiting 15 f---ing days for somebody to ask that question."

Later Monday, Gallant said on Twitter, "I love Ozzie Guillen. Dude is fiery and passionate. I'm legit honored that he told me to f*ck off today when I asked him bt Castro comments."

After being suspended by the Marlins for the Castro comments, Guillen was very contrite, and vowed to do "everything in his power to make it better." We're guessing this is not exactly what he had in mind.

In early April, Guillen caused a massive uproar when he told Time Magazine, "I love Fidel Castro," among other things. After fans threatened to boycott the team, Marlins management suspended Guillen for five games, and Guillen issued an emotional apology in a press conference at Marlins Park in Little Havana.
