A man who tried to rob a Miramar bank but left when the teller was taking too long to give him money was taken into custody Tuesday morning, police said.

The incident happened around 9 a.m. at the Chase bank at 6860 Miramar Parkway when the suspect handed a teller a note demanding cash, Miramar Police spokeswoman Tania Rues said.
