Los Angeles Dodgers' Yasiel Puig Arrested in Collier County for Reckless Driving: Florida Highway Patrol

The baseball star was reportedly going 110 mph in a 70 mph zone.

Major League Baseball star Yasiel Puig was arrested for reckless driving Saturday morning in Collier County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Puig was driving a 2013 Mercedes westbound on Alligator Alley near mile marker 78 at 110 mph in a 70 mph zone, FHP said.

The Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder was also arrested earlier this year and charged with speeding, reckless driving and driving without proof of insurance in Chattanooga, Tenn., according to the LA Times.

Officials did not provide further details on the investigation.
