Miami police are investigating a drive-by shooting that sent a young man to the hospital in critical condition Thursday night.

The shooting happened around 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of Northwest 68th Terrace, Miami Police spokesman Sgt. Freddy Cruz said.

Doctor Facing Animal Cruelty Charge Kills Self: Police

Cruz said an unidentified black male in his 20s received multiple gunshot wounds from a gunman inside a white car.

The victim was taken to Jackson memorial Hospital in critical condition.

There are no suspects in custody and there is no information regarding the make and model of the car.
