A Florida Keys man was charged with video voyeurism after deputies say he videotaped a teenage girl in the bathroom of her home, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Douglas Adams, 44, was being held without bond Saturday, jail records show.
Deputies said the 16-year-old victim was getting ready to take a shower when she noticed a small clock on the counter of the bathroom. When she looked at it more closely, she found it had a small, hidden camera inside. She realized she was being videotaped when she removed the storage card from the camera and watched the video on her computer.
The teen told her older sister and mother about the camera and they reported the incident to detectives.
Deputies said the video clearly shows Adams placing the camera in the bathroom.
