The son of late Mexican singer Jenni Rivera was arrested in Miami Beach Thursday morning on a criminal mischief charge, police said.
Trinidad Angelo Marin, also known as Michael, was arrested around 3 a.m. in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue, Miami Beach Police said.
The 21-year-old was arrested after police received a call of someone strange lurking in the area, authorities said.
According to an arrest report, Marin was spotted tagging a sign with a marker and placing a sticker on another sign.
He was later released on $1,000 bond and didn't speak with reporters as he left jail. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.
Rivera, a world-famous singer, died in a plane crash in Mexico in December at the age of 43.
