Police arrested two men they say were pretending to be cops in Coral Gables.

Jose Antonio Robles, 31, and Nelson Blandon, 21, were taken into custody Friday after officers discovered their truck had red and blue flashing lights, Coral Gables Police said.

The discovery was made by undercover officers participating in a prostitution sting in the 4700 block of Southwest 8th Street.

When officers searched the truck, they found a light panel switch under the steering wheel that activated the lights.

Police said the truck may have been used in traffic stops in the South Florida area and are asking anyone who may have been pulled over to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
