Man Injured in Partial Roof Collapse at Elbo Room
Firefighters say a 3rd floor toilet leak caused the problem. No one was hurt, people were still being allowed inside the building.
It was a "surprise," said Alessandro Zarbo, who had been staying in the building since Saturday.
