Authorities are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever's responsible for the slaughtered horse that was found in Southwest Ranches last week.

The remains of the horse were found on the property line of a fish farm near 5100 Southwest 210th Terrace Saturday, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.

It's believed the horse was stolen from a barn at a property just a few blocks away at 5345 Southwest 210th Terrace on either Friday or Saturday, the BSO said.
