Thursday starts off cool with temperatures in the mid-50s, but abundant sunshine will lead temperatures to the mid-70s by the afternoon.

Overnight temperatures will still be a bit below average with low-to-mid 50s through Friday morning.

High pressure slides east slides east this weekend, bringing warmer temperatures to the region this Easter Sunday, with highs in the low-80s.

Early next week is forecast to get even warmer with highs in the mid-80s.
