South Florida foodies who've been waiting for a local Trader Joe's won't have to wait much longer.
The California-based grocery chain has announced it will be opening up a store in Pinecrest sometime in 2013. The 13,500 square foot store will open at 9205 S. Dixie Highway.
“It’s a great location and a wonderful neighborhood that seemed like a great fit for us,” Trader Joe’s spokeswoman Alison Mochizuki told the Miami Herald.
The distinctive grocery store, known for their Hawaiian-themed design and inexpensive products, has one location in Napes and is opening another in Gainesville.
