    A trip to McDonald's left a Hialeah mother behind bars Thursday.

    Yanay Rodriguez, 27, was arrested after allegedly leaving her 2-year-old and 10-year-old children home alone while she went out with friends Wednesday night. Their first stop: McDonald's.

    Neighbor Graciela Sola found the 2-year-old boy wandering around a Hialeah apartment building in just his diaper and a shirt around 11 p.m. She took him into her apartment and called police.

    Woman Steals Tow Truck After Being Released From House Arrest

    Rodriguez didn't get back until 3 a.m. when she was greeted by police.

    Now, the two kids are with their father who has joint custody. Jail records show Rodriguez, charged with two counts of child neglect, was released on $5000 bond as of Friday morning.
