Warm Wednesday, Highs Around 85

Partly sunny with afternoon temps in the mid-80s in South Florida

South Florida will stay locked in a warm weather pattern for one more day before a cold front drops into the area Thursday.

With the arrival of the front, shower chances will finally be triggered across the region.

For Wednesday, expect partly sunny skies with warm afternoon high temperatures, reaching 85 in most areas. Some readings could tie or break standing records. Winds will continue out of the south at 10-20 mph.

Some patchy fog could form late tonight as lows drop to 70.

With the arrival of a slow moving front and multiple impulses of energy, shower chances will enter the forecast Thursday and hang around until Saturday morning.

Cooler readings will settle in by Sunday morning as lows dip into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
