Afternoon storms again enter the picture Monday in South Florida with a steering flow that will send storms to the coast after the lunch hour.
This pattern will continue through Tuesday before a break in the weather kicks in by Wednesday. Afternoon highs each day should peak at 91 around noon before clouds and showers cool things back into the 80s.
Conditions in the tropics remain very quiet thanks to dry, Saharan air in place across the basin. No development is anticipated for the next several days.
