Expect one more round of showers and thunderstorms in South Florida Tuesday before the weather pattern quiets down the rest of the week.

With a cold front advancing towards the area later in the day, rain chances should reach their highest probabilities through mid-day. Highs will be around 89.

Late in the week, drier air advances into South Florida, setting up a sunny, dry and pleasant pattern.

There are no named systems in the Atlantic basin at this time. Hurricane season runs through November 30th.
